Refund Policy

Overview
At SafeCheck, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within a limited time window, subject to the terms described below.
14-Day Refund Window
If you have subscribed to SafeCheck Plus and decide that the Service does not meet your needs, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of your initial subscription payment.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- Timing: Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of your subscription purchase date.
- First-Time Subscribers: This refund policy applies only to your first subscription purchase. Renewals, subsequent billing cycles, and re-subscriptions after a cancellation are not eligible for refunds under this policy.
- Request Submission: You must submit your refund request via email to alerts@demumu.club with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your registered email address
- The date of purchase
- Your order number or transaction ID (if available)
- A brief reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)
Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 3–5 business days. If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Free Trial: The 30-day free trial is provided at no cost and is therefore not refundable.
- Renewals and Recurring Charges: Refunds are not available for subscription renewals or recurring monthly charges after the initial 14-day window.
- Partial Month Refunds: If you cancel your subscription after the 14-day window, you will retain access to SafeCheck Plus until the end of your current billing period, but no partial refunds will be issued.
- Abuse or Fraud: Refund requests made in bad faith, or where we detect misuse of the Service, may be denied at our sole discretion.
Cancellation
You may cancel your SafeCheck Plus subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at alerts@demumu.club. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to SafeCheck Plus features until the end of your current billing period.
- Your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged again.
- After your subscription expires, your account will revert to the free trial limitations (1 contact, no new check-ins until you re-subscribe).
Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion. If you have special circumstances, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted on this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
